Payment Policy
- Guru Labs accepts the following forms of payment: cash, check, signed PO with credit references, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Payment must be received (14) days prior to commencement of course.
- Registration and reservation of a seat in class is complete upon receipt of payment.
- Late payments past 30 days are subject to a monthly interest rate of 1.6%.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Guru Labs: Guru Labs reserves the right to cancel training courses without warning. Students will be notified via email or verbally when this occurs. Guru Labs will refund money to students if any of the following events affect scheduled training: severe inclement weather, natural or local disaster, power outage, airline strike. If Guru Labs cancels class for any other reason and notifies students less than 10 days prior to start of training, Guru Labs will credit the cost of any nonrefundable Q-fare airline ticket toward a future enrollment in same course. Credits will only be issued on receipt of original, unused, nonrefundable airline tickets.
General Policies
- Guru Labs is not a school. Guru Labs offers corporate training services to students who are currently employed. The cost of the student's training is to be paid for by the students employer and not by the student. Enrollment in Guru Labs individual courses of instruction is limited to those who are bona fide employees.
- Guru Labs does not offer any school loans to help students pay for their programs of study.
- Guru Labs offers no installment plans.
- Student conduct in Guru Labs courses is to act in a professional manner.
- Guru Labs does not offer placement assistance for employment.
- Students that determine they are scheduled for a class that is beyond their aptitude to learn during the first day of class can reschedule for another lower level class without any additional financial charges. However, if rescheduling arrangements have not been made during the first day of class, students will be charged full tuition of the registered class.
- In the event that students have technical difficulty with their Internet connection that is beyond their control, they must submit a trouble ticket from their ISP provider for the days and times they were without a connection in order to reschedule class attendance or to receive a partial refund of class tuition.
